Product Introduction

LW series horizontal screw decanter centrifuges have continuous feeding and discharging. The settling speed is determined by particle size, difference in density between solids and liquids as well as their viscosity. It can clarify, dehydrate with 0.002-3mm solid-phased particles, and classify with 1μm-5μm solid-phased particles.

Working principle
The basic principle is the drum and the spiral feeder rotate in the same direction but with a certain speed difference: The material is led into the feeding spiral inner cylinder via the feeding pipe and after speeding up, enters the drum: Under the action of the centrifuge force field, the relatively heavier solid-phase material deposits on the drum wall forming the residue layer: The solid-phase residue is continuously pushed by the spiral feeder to the conic end of the drum and after dehydration in the drying area, is discharged under full-speed running.

Characterstics of Our Drilling Decanter Centrifuge

  1. Drum assembly is protected with demountable support frame in transit, preventing damage to bearing;
  2. Straight and cone section of the drum are made from 2205 duplex stainless steel material, adopt centrifugal casting process;
  3. Remaining components of the drum assembly are made from SS316L;
  4. Screw carrier adopts YG6 wear-resistant alloy sheet protection. With long life, easy maintenance and replacement;
  5. Diversion port of screw pusher and slag-drip opening of the drum are protected by replaceable wear-resistant alloy sleeve, delaying the service life and maintenance cycle.
  6. Using imported SKF and NSK bearings to improve equipment stability and bearing life;
  7. Frequency control facilitates customers to adjust speed at any time, meeting different working conditions;
  8. Schneider or Siemens electrical components. Current overload & mechanical limit switch dual protections.
